Captain Cesar won 1st place Mahi Mahi and 1st place Sailfish at the 14th International Fishing Tournament last weekend held at Paradise village in Nuevo Vallarta. The Mahi Mahi weighed 40 lbs and the Sailfish was 71 lbs.
