The bottom fishing is great. There are plenty of red grouper in 40 feet of water.
Start with dead bait first.
Then when you see a couple of good fish switch to live bait if available..
Cut squid will load the boat with white grunts, lane and Mangrove Snapper.
If you see pods of bait drop down and see if there are any red snappers.
