Fished live bait in 30 plus mph winds. Found a spot I knew we could fish a little bit out of the 4 ft roller’s and we smoked the big fish and good box fish. We had a blast with this group that had never fished for stripers before.

As the lake continues to come down and water temperatures rise due to the summer heat the fish have gone into their summer patterns. With this Louie’s Lures Guide Service has been right with them. We never left the lake for greener pastures during the flooding and by doing that we’re having a great time putting our customers on the bigger fish. June and July have always been our big fish mouths we lost part of June due to water levels but it’s right where it needs to be now come join the action.
