Half day trip

We had a blast on today’s half-day birthday charter with a fantastic group from Grass Valley! We kicked off the trip by heading outside to quickly fill the cooler with rockfish before moving back into the bay. The bay action didn't disappoint—we were hooked into non-stop sharks and rays, even hooking up on all four lines at once! Happy Birthday to our guest of honor, and thanks to the crew for bringing the great energy.

We had a fantastic trip today hosting a great group from Reno! Though conditions were a bit choppy early on—causing us to lose a few at the boat—the weather smoothed out nicely and the bite picked up. We landed 5 salmon, then capped off the trip inside with non-stop action on rays and sharks! Now accepting bookings for salmon charters starting in early August. Weather conditions over the last two days have been fantastic, though the salmon fishing has been a tough grind across the fleet. Thanks to some long hours and hard work, Vincent and I have successfully landed fish each day. We have one final day on the water before the upcoming short closure, and we look forward to getting back after the salmon in August.
