Captaij Tiger is super patient and knowledgable. we are a group of 5 novice female anklers and he guided us all the way in this trip. we had to rent the rods because the preferred rod lenght for boat fishing n is 5.5 to 6ft. ours are longer (more for pier fishing according to Captain Tiger). The package came with a large tank of live prawns, more than enough for your full day trip (8am-5pm). our trip is end July, so expect rain and thunderstorm. Captain is nice to adjust and accommodate our request to return to the Marina as the rain was really heavy. Once the rain settled, we resumed fishing and caught 2 x green-eye groupers (2.5-3kg) and good size golden snappers. One highlight - we had twice double hook-ups! The finale of our trip was enjoying our catch at the chinese restaurant at Raffles Marine with Captain Tiger. The Chef steamed the large grouper and deep fried the large golden snapper (preocessing fee per fish is $40). the coffee pork ribs dish is nice too. We focused so much on not getting seasick that we forgot to prep for the waiting part of fishing. Pack some cherries and blue berries, snack on small cheeses and pre-pack sandwiches or onigiri. The boat has a clean toilet 3 sprays for washing your hands and cool your feet (if the weather is hot). Great space for 5 pax. Highly recommend Captain Tiger!

Capt tiger was very experienced! Helped to tie hooks after seeing our set up wasn’t strong enough for big fishes. Free and easy during the whole fishing trip, no rules to follow just safety instructions and some pointers to take note! Overall was a fantastic trip and definitely will book again🍾

We booked a day out with the captain and immediately he made us feel very comfortable. He told us there were no rules on his boat and essentially just wanted to make sure we had an excellent time, which we did! This was for my wife and I’s honeymoon and what a trip indeed as we caught two diamond trevallys that fought hard! Captain Tiger won’t let you down!

We had an amazing time with the captain. He made sure we caught fish and he was super knowledgeable. He was a ton of fun to spend the day with and he knew the waters very well. He brought rods and plenty of bait for us. He helped make this a very memorable experience.

Captain tiger clearly demonstrated his vast of experience, the trip was v pleasant and he keeps moving around to make sure we gets lots of opportunities to fish. He was v responsive throughout the whole process, would love to experience the night fishing the next time! :)

Captain went above and beyond in communicating clearly and making sure that everyone had a great time (especially my kids). Between the 4 of us we caught diamond trevally, grouper, squid, flatfish, snapper, seawater catfish, and even a puffer! Great day on the water with a great captain!

We caught a lot of fishes. Great spots for big game. Capt was very helpful and hospitable. Boat was very clean and conducive for long hours of fishing. Very awesome experience!

Overall, it was an enjoyable fishing trip. The weather was great. We had fun. We caught some decent size fishes. Captain "Tiger" made our day. He ensured that we were well-prepared for the fishing trip. For example, he recommended us the type of sinkers and size of hooks to bring for the trip. We "visited' several fishing spots and managed to hook some reasonably sized fishes. I must commend Captain "Tiger" for his deep knowledge about fishing techniques and the various fishing spots off Tuas. His boat is very well-maintained and clean. If I can sum up about Captain "Tiger" - A simple, down-to-earth, helpful, humorous man with a kind heart. Would recommend! Till we meet again for night fishing, Captain Tiger!

Extremely enjoyable day out with Captain Tiger! First time booking with him but was very good. Told us what to prepare for beforehand and had very good fishing spots. Not afraid to move around if fishes not biting. Fishes weren’t biting well that day but still managed to hit a 4kg grouper. As per other comments would recommend bringing enough weights and rigs as Tiger usually goes to area with coral and stone where the fish usually are. Small sacrifice to catch big fish. 100% will recommend and Tiger we will keep you updated when we want to head out again Nicholas

First fishing trip with Capt Tiger was a wonderful experience for me and my fiancé. The boat was super clean and the captain was extremely nice and friendly. He even helped us to tie lines and hook baits. He constantly move to different locations when there was not much bites and make sure that we doesn’t go home empty handed. Aside that, he was very communicable and told us a lot of stories which we enjoyed 👍🏻 Would be back soon to try the night trip! Thank you Captain! Definitely would recommend!
