Carrisma Sportfishing 

Captain Kenny and First Mate Tom were great and worked hard to put us on fish. It was a tough day for all the charter boats but we were able to catch nice Blackfin Tuna, Mahi Mahi and our limit of Tilefish. Everyone enjoy the day and had the opportunity to catch several fish. The Carissma is a very nice boat with room on the fly bridge for everyone to enjoy the views and site fish. The boat's interior was very comfortable and air conditioned for those needing a break from the heat and humidity. The fishing equipment was first class, and Captain Kenny and First Mate Tom were great at explainijg what we were doing and why. I really enjoyed talking about fishing with them and learn alot from their expertise. I could not have been more pleased with our experience.

The four of us on the trip all caught a nice Mahi Mahi. The tuna were very evasive on this trip. We were one fish shy of catching our limit on the tile fish. We caught one black bass also and got to reel a shark up next to boat. Overall was a great trip and the boat crew worked hard to put us on the fish and fun to be on the boat with. We are already planning next years trip.

Had a really good time the boat was great; very comfortable. Only caught fish dueing bottom fishing. We would have rather call fish while trolling, but it’s called fishing, not catching.

First, the Carrisma is an outstanding fishing platform. Plenty of room on-deck for our group and even more for relaxing in the cool AC. Kenny hooked us up with Dink and Tristen for 8hrs of bottom fishing. Dink put us on the fish… everywhere he stopped. OMG does that captain know his spots. Not only that, he’s got an uncanny sense for what the fish are doing and when they’re doing it. Dink - Thanks for your knowledge/experience and willingness to share. If you want an enjoyable fishing experience, just go ahead and book this one. You may not catch as many as we did but it wouldn’t surprise me if you did.

Had a great time doing a nearshore charter on the Carrisma with Captain Dink and First Mate Tristan! Despite some stubborn fish not wanting to bite, they still put us on 20+ fish, Spanish, and blues. Along with an Albie, that they had seen would be in the area days prior, even had their eyes out for some Mahi. They definitely didn’t hold back any information, good company and taught us a bunch. Also fairly certain we outfished every other nearshore charter near us. If you wanna go catching, go with Dink and Tristan!

This trip and crew were awesome! We had a great day fishing. Started off with a Sailfish, added some Black Fin Tuna, and then onto to some Sea Bass and an Amberjack. Even had a Dusty Shark show up. After we pulled lines and headed back to the marina, we came across a float and these guys delayed getting back to give us a chance to catch some Mahi Mahi to add to the catch. I have never been on a charter were lines went back into the water after we were headed to the dock. Captain Dink and Brandon went out of their way to make sure that we had a great day. Dink and Brandon were fun guys to chat with as well. Our gang highly recommends chartering with the Carrisma crew. Thanks for a great day on the water!

Amazing trip, 11 hours flew by the amenities and skill of the crew made it the best trip we have taken on the outer banks

My family and I had an absolute blast on our trip. The captain and mate were personable and hustled the whole trip (Good job Brandon). The boat was clean and well equipped to handle the trip and comfortable as well. Both the captain and the first mate were very knowledgeable and professional. The conversation, atmosphere and trip was awesome and memorable. The fish were biting and when they weren’t the captain and mate kept us in good spirits and enjoying every minute. We would definitely book with them again!

I'll make this quick. Best fishing day ever! This crew is serious about getting you on the fish and will mix it up when things get slow. Dink knows these waters and Brandon is the best mate I have ever fished with. I believe he would jump in and pull them out for you if he could. The Carrisma is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. The fully functioning AC was great for taking a break from the action. Thanks for a great day guys!
