Pez Koi poziva sve ribolovce koji planiraju da posete prelepi Puerto Jimenez u Kostariki da im se pridruže na ribolovnom iskustvu koje će dugo pamtiti. Kapetan José Miranda teži da pruži vrhunsku uslugu svim svojim klijentima i omogući im da u potpunosti dožive lokalni ribolov i lokalnu prirodu. Čamac sa kojeg ćete pecati je 23' Eduduño čamac za ribolov u slanoj vodi, pokretan Yamaha vanbrodskim motorom od 100 KS. Obnovljen još 2019. godine, čamac je opremljen vrhunskom elektronikom za navigaciju, komunikaciju i pronalaženje ribe, kao i svom neophodnom bezbednosnom opremom. Na brodu će vam biti obezbeđeni i frižider i led za vaša pića i grickalice, što vam pruža sve što vam je potrebno za zabavan i produktivan dan na vodi.
Izleti vas mogu odvesti do 20 milja od obale, u zavisnosti od sezone, vremenskih uslova i ciljnih vrsta. Bićete opremljeni vrhunskom Penn i Shimano opremom kako biste imali najbolju šansu da ulovite svoju metu kada se prilika ukaže. Ne postoji minimalna starosna granica za decu koja dolaze na brod. Deca svih uzrasta su dobrodošla i obezbeđena su 4 prsluka za spasavanje za decu.
Vrste koje ciljate mogu zahtevati ribolov sa živim mamcem. Ako je to slučaj, kapetan će se snabdeti živim mamcem pre izleta i pripremiti ga za vas. Živi mamac se obezbeđuje bez dodatnih troškova. Oprema za podvodni ribolov harpunom i ronjenje sa maskom je takođe dostupna bez dodatnih troškova, mada ovo mora biti dogovoreno unapred sa kapetanom.

8 Hour Tripna mart 25, 2026 • 1 odrasla osobaDon’t let the small boat fool you. Captain Jose and Pez Koi landed BIG fish. I had requested we target Yellowfin Tuna and Captain Jose embraced my request and said ‘Let’s go get you some Yellowfin Tuna’. Sure enough Jose found a 1/4 mile wide bait ball and an ongoing feeding frenzy. Hundreds of Spinner Dolphins, diving birds and lots of Yellowfin Tuna made for a chaotic scene. All we had to do was put out a live Blue Runner and wait for a Tuna to hit it like a freight train! In short order we landed four beautiful Yellowfin, ranging from 45-70 lbs each. My arms were limp noodles by the end of the day! Not having a fighting chair on Pez Koi made it even more challenging. I was solo on this trip and needed a break between fish so Jose prepared some fresh Tuna Ceviche while I was recovering. What a fabulous day!

Our guides were incredible & took us to so many great spots to fish! We caught a really nice variety of fishing, even a turtle that we let go. In addition to the fish, we saw humpback whales & lots of birds.The boat was comfortable & the snacks were delicious & fresh! They even let Anthony "drive" the boat back to the pier. Thank you, Pez Koi, for all the incredible memories!

You can tell he loves to fish and wants you to catch. His boat is very clean and well kept and has everything needed. Since I had the wife and kids with me, we only went for half day with our main goal to catch fish for some meals which we were successful at. We tried a bit for rooster since I had never gone for one and had a hit but didn’t get it. The kids were thrilled to see the dolphins and turtles which Jose recognized right away and circled around so they swam along beside the boat. We didn’t catch big numbers but did catch barracuda, pompano, jack, mahi-mahi, and a small Spanish mackerel that we cut up for bait. It’s crazy how many bites you get and bait you go through figuring out the right technique to hook up😁 I brought a heavy ice fishing rod out for the kids to use to help catch bait at the start of the day and they loved it. I made sushi with the mahi-mahi which was delicious! I will for sure be booking Jose for more days on the water the next time I’m down in Puerto Jimenez!

8 Hour Tripna decembar 7, 2019 • 1 odrasla osobaFish were finicky and resistance to taking the hook. Numerous bite off of the live bait, but I managed to catch 1 Spanish mackerel, and a pompano. It is my first pompano ever. They recommended I go to marbella to have the fish cooked. The pompano made great ceviche and the Spanish mackerel is grilled to perfection with garlic. I would recommend Russo and Captain Jose to anyone who wants to have a great day of fishing.

Don’t let the small boat fool you. Captain Jose and Pez Koi landed BIG fish.
