3Noresmen is a full-time company that offers Lake Michigan fishing trips out of Racine, Wisconsin. Captain Jeff and first mate Sam are dedicated to providing a great experience to all their clients and friends.
You will go out aboard the “3Noresmen", which is a 36-foot-long and 14-foot-wide Trojan Sport fish. She was designed with comfort and stability in mind and is well-prepared for the current bite. It comes powered by twin Mercruiser engines, producing 560 HP to get you to the fishing grounds quickly and safely. Perfect for accommodating up to six anglers, the “3Noresmen" is rigged with the latest navigational electronics, Bigjon downriggers, and a live well fully loaded with bait.
Lake Michigan Salmon fishing is a rewarding experience, especially when you are in the company of Captain Jeff and his first mate, Sam. Trolling for Salmon is the way to get away from the everyday routine and make a great catch possible.
The season begins in late spring, when it’s time to target Coho Salmon as they make their way north from the southern end of Lake Michigan. When the surface begins to warm up, Coho go crazy! During the summer months, you will be able to add tough fighter Chinook Salmon to the list. Late summer is a good time for Rainbow Trout. If you are planning your fishing trip in early fall, you could get your hands full of mature Salmon and target Brown Trout, which are abundant during this time.
A fishing trip includes quality gear, tackle, and lures. The crew will send your catch home, cleaned, so you can taste it for dinner later. Salmon make great table fare, perfect for the grill.
Everyone above the age of 16 is required to have a valid Wisconsin fishing license with a Great Lakes trout and salmon stamp. These must be purchased online or at a store that sells licenses before the trip, and everyone must have a paper copy of their license.

We had an incredible experience with Sam I AM Fishing Charter on the 3 Norseman! There were 5 of us total, including 2 adults and 3 teenage boys, and every one of us had an absolute blast. The captain and his mate, a fantastic father-and-son duo, were outstanding from start to finish. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, social, and full of information. Their customer service was second to none and truly the best we've experienced. This was much more than just a fishing trip. It was a memorable experience that our family will be talking about for a long time. The boys had a ton of fun, and we appreciated how personable, professional, and attentive the crew was throughout the charter. We highly recommend Sam I AM Fishing Charter to anyone looking for a great day on the water.

Communication was excellent with captain Jeff, which was needed due to the scheduling issues that FishingBooker was experiencing. I booked a half day trip for my husband, his dad, and brothers. They caught four salmon which were cleaned up to take home! To be completely honest I didn’t think they would catch more than one or two since the winds were so high. Supposedly a normal trip brings in 20-30 fish, but i think this was still a great experience especially for my brother in laws who have never gone fishing or been on a boat before. Highly recommend!

we had a blast! caught about 6 huge king salmon . experience was amazing. i will 100 percent recommend them
