We had an absolute blast with captain mike! Caught some really nice red fish even when the fish wasn’t biting and very finicky. He definitely knows his stuff when it comes to fishing. Apart from fishing we had an amazing time being out on his boat and he was extremely friendly even let us fish for a little longer waiting for the perfect bite! We had 4 people on the boat and had plenty of room to. I highly recommend him if you want to have a good time and catch some fish!

Captain Mike’s charter was a fantastic experience. Mike put us on active spots the entire trip, resulting in a productive day of fishing even in lass than ideal conditions. While other boats were getting skunked we were hooking up on trophy reds. Mike obviously knew the local fishery well, and cared deeply about the health of the local populations.

Mike is a great guy and guide. Very knowledgeable and an amazing guy to talk with. Will absolutely use him again. If you are looking to fish with someone and worried ablut wasting money, he will make it worth every penny!!

Southern Hospitality at its finest. Captain Mike seems like a man that will adhere and adapt to any and all personalities.. he can cut up with the best of them and be a gentleman all the same.. we only caught 2 reds on our 3/4 day, but I firmly believe it was due to the conditions of a north wind and slight cold front that came through and murkied up the water. Captain Mike moved us multiple times to try and get us on fish, and it wasn’t due to lack of effort or knowledge that we didn’t catch more than we actually did. I will be booking with him next time in the area, in hopes the weather and conditions align with our trip. You won’t be disappointed with this good ol boy from North Carolina! Thank you captain mike for an awesome experience. Mike is an experienced charter captain with amazing local knowledge. He provided clear pick up instructions and live bait. He rigged everything for us as well. My brother in law and I both caught our targeted species. Mike was transparent about the conditions and we changed spots multiple times to get what we were looking for. FIVE STARS.

Mike was wonderful! From the start he was professional, knowledgeable, and made the trip fun! He reached out beforehand to tell us it was going to be tough getting them to bite, but with his expertise we were able to bring some into the boat! Definitely recommend Captain Mike!

Capt. Mike was great. I said I would like to catch a few big ones and boy did we ever. I thought the one I caught was big, then my daughter reeled one in even bigger. Definitely made memories. See you on the next one Capt Mike.

If Captain Mike can’t put you on fish, nobody will! Dude knows his stuff, and a great guy to go fish with. Highly recommend going with him if you’re in the area, even in a slow time for fishing he managed to put us on a good amount of fish.

When I go fishing, I want to go with somebody that has a lot of experience. Well Capt. Mike is literally the son of a son of sailor (Jimmy Buffet fans will get it) he grew up learning from his dad and grandfather who are also captains. He put us on the fish fast and we had our limit in no time! These are his home waters and he knows them well! If you want to catch a bunch of fish and maybe learn a thing or two about the area and its waters then give Capt. Mike a call! You will be glad you did!
