Salmon, Chinook Salmon, Cod, Halibut, and more could be biting if you come at the right time of year. Depending on the species you're after, you may find yourself light tackle fishing, trolling, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Families making of a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board.
Your vessel for the day is a Transport Canada Certified 22.6 Sportfishing Grady-White Seafarer with room for 4 passengers. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water and also has an on board washroom, Comfortable seating and plenty of room to stretch out. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures and all rods are included.
Before coming aboard, it is required to buy a BC salt water fishing license for everyone in your group who plans on holding A fishing rod .. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain.
It's recommended to bring sunscreen (non-spray), bottled water, and sunglasses. Water bottles are included and allways available and Alcohol is allowed in moderation,Lunch is not provided however nice box lunches can in be organized for a moderate charge. Just reach out to learn more, especially if you have any dietary needs.

Captain Brant was very professional but also personal by being very inclusive in having us be part of a team! My father was a fishing guide in the 1960s, so I started fishing very early in life . I got my first guiding job at 14 years old at the world famous Dolphins Resort and have been chartering ever since. There are many different techniques today compared to there old days but when the rod goes over, the adrenaline rush is the same, and it gives you a jolt of pure excitement that you will never forget. I am very patient, I have guided thousands of guests over the years, and I pride myself in being a good teacher for novice anglers.
