I am your charter captain, the owner and operator of To The Limit Sportfishing and I personally plan the trip for your specific group. With over 40 years experience fishing in and around Ketchikan, Alaska, I know where, how and what to fish for given the time of year and conditions.
I've specialized in fishing cruise ship passengers coming to Ketchikan for over 18 years. You’ll enjoy a fully private fishing trip with your group of up to 6 people. Book a 6 hour charter and get 50% more time on the water for just a bit more money. (Not offered if booked through the cruise ship directly) The two extra hours can leave enough time to target both Salmon and Halibut and of course sightseeing.

The Mazie Grace is a proven Alaskan fishing machine. Named after my oldest daughter, the 31' Uniflite is a comfortable stable platform, ideal for fishing the calm or choppy waters of Alaska’s Inside Passage. The twin 385hp main inboard engines coupled with a 25hp autopilot equipped trolling motor provide fast travel and efficient fishing. The 11ft beam and low deadrise keep the MG stable while on anchor or trolling.
Its huge fishing deck offers tons of room for landing double, triple and even quad hookups of salmon, halibut and bottom fish. The comfortable, fully enclosed heated cabin is outfitted with a private stand-up head, commercial grade fishing electronics by Furuno, Garmin and Standard Horizon. All safety gear is fully functional and highly maintained

Great Anniversary Present!

We had a great time! Ty was a great host and the hubby caught some fish. He was quick to point out wildlife (eagles, seals, and whales) so we didn't miss them. I don't fish, so I was there to just take pictures, but had fun visiting and watching the action. Super nice guy with a wonderful sense of humor, and did a great job making sure the lures were at the right depth for the fish to bite. Thank you, Ty, for the awesome time!!

Bonnie and her husband were super fun. They caught every king salmon that bit, saw lots of wildlife and videoed eagles. Was a misty morning with light wind. Hope to see them again.

Thank you for such a memorable trip. All the guys loved it and came home with all smiles. Plenty of fish to be had and bragging rights abounded. The captain was very responsive in my many questions to help them be prepared for the experience. And he gave them a true Alaska experience. He was the right amount of skill, snark and humor! 100% going with Ty next time around if we have the pleasure of visiting Alaska again.

We had a great time! Ty was a great host and the hubby caught some fish. He was quick to point out wildlife (eagles, seals, and whales) so we didn't miss them.
