Depending on the season, there is always something biting. During the trip you might be spinning, trolling, drifting, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Mason also offers fly fishing, but you may need to bring your own fly gear.

Looking to get the whole family outdoors? Kids are absolutely welcome! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. And, you can't go wrong with snacks to maintain your energy throughout the trip!

With space for up to 4 passengers, the trip comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Rods, reels, and tackle are ready for you, along with lures and bait.

You'll have the help of a First Mate to put you on fish. A 10–20% tip is customary to show your appreciation for their hard work, and may this tip be reflective of the service provided.

You will need to get a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.

It's never a bad idea to bring bottled water, sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
