These waters are known for Catfish, and with any luck, it won't take long to hook into some. You'll target your catch by Anchoring, trolling, drifting or Bumping, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
You'll be casting lines from a 20' SeaArk aluminum fishing boat with room for 3 passengers. We have a Covered top for rainy days. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without.
Rods and reels and bait are covered by the charter, Each adult will need a 1 Day Ohio or Ky fishing license available online. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Generally if you want to keep some Catfish, we allow fish under 8 lbs to be kept. We suggest bringing food/snacks and appropriate clothing hats sunglasses for the weather.
Some essentials to bring are bottled water, sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is NOT allowed per Insurance.

Captain Mark took myself and my 12 year old twin boys out on the ohio river. searching for catfish . He had tons of knowledge and experience. learned so much .Our group isnt very experienced so it was great to someone with his knowledge and patience. conditions werent the best for our situtation. but also learn dont bring a banana for a snack. brings bad luck. definitely learnd that. going again with him to a lake in fall !!!

Captain Mark is incredibly knowledgeable in both catfishing and the ins and outs of the Ohio river shipping lanes. My son and I learned a lot and had a great time. Caught some really nice fish due to the captains extra effort and knowledge. Will fish with him again.

What a wonderful day on the river. Captain Mark took myself, my wife and or our 8 year old son out for an 8 hour trip on the Ohio River. We netted some bait and were catching within an hour. We reeled the last one in right as we were heading back to the dock. Not only did we all catch fish (channel cats and blue cats), Mark was a great conversationalist and quite the tour guide. Even taking us up one of the inlets. Mark was very engaging and patient with our son. He was able to catch his first big blue. My wife was able to catch her first blue as well. Thanks, Captain Mark!

Went to Rocky Fork lake and caught 30 channel catfish. Captain Mark is an excellent captain, awesome new boat. Would recommend everyone to go fishing on his boat. Price is also great for 6 hours of fishing. Going back in May to Lake Erie.

Mark was a wonderful guide for my son's 15th birthday gift. Mark took the time to teach my son and his best friend how to caught Big Fish. And I also got to play in the excitement with my own fish. I recommend all you Father's and Mother's to take your son's or daughter's out on this Wild Cat adventure today It was a blessing from God to hang out with Mark! Catching Big Flathead Catfish is expressly cooler when they are around 30 lbs and 40 inches long so on my trip out with Mark thats what happened. It was turely a Beautiful experience I got with my boy and Mark as we made Fishing Great again with Wild Cat guide services!
