The Catch Processing Difference:
Standard trips include complimentary filleting and bagging. However, if you book one of our Double-Trips or VIP Packages, you automatically unlock our Premium Catch Processing. We will commercial-grade vacuum-seal and strategically ice your fillets so they are perfectly preserved and mess-free for your drive back to Houston, Austin, or San Antonio.

We were catching fish consistently, and he kept the energy up the whole time. Super easy to talk to, great attitude, and made it fun for everyone on the boat. His boat it top tier with plenty of room and all the bells and whistles. If you want action, results, and a good time — BOOK WITH MATTHEW. You won’t regret it.
