Rampage Fishing
Rampage Fishing
Your captain for the day is Captain Rob, a U.S. Coast Guard Licensed Captain with years of experience navigating and fishing the waters out of Erie, Pennsylvania. Through extensive time on the lake and a deep understanding of seasonal fish movements and conditions, Captain Rob is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and productive fishing experience for every group aboard.
Lake Erie is widely recognized as one of the premier freshwater fisheries in North America, offering exceptional opportunities to catch Walleye, Rainbow Trout (Steelhead), and Lake Trout throughout the season. Whether you are an experienced angler pursuing trophy fish or introducing children to their first day of fishing, Captain Rob and his crew work hard to ensure every trip is both successful and memorable.
You will be fishing aboard a 35' Rampage sportfishing vessel, a spacious and stable boat designed for both comfort and performance on Lake Erie. The boat accommodates up to six passengers and is equipped with professional-grade fishing equipment, including downriggers and advanced trolling systems used to locate and target fish effectively. For your convenience, the vessel also features an enclosed restroom and is wheelchair accessible.
All rods, reels, tackle, and lures are provided for your trip. A professional First Mate will also be on board to assist with setting lines, helping anglers land fish, and ensuring everything runs smoothly throughout the day. At the conclusion of the trip, your catch will be cleaned and packaged, ready for you to take home and enjoy. A gratuity of 20-25% for the First Mate is customary and greatly appreciated for their hard work and dedication.
If you're ready to experience the excitement of fishing on Lake Erie, Rampage Fishing Charters looks forward to welcoming you aboard for a safe, comfortable, and memorable day on the water.

Josh Beckner5.0PotvrđenoAwesome weekend!
AM Inshore Walleyena avgust 9, 2026 • 4 odrasle osobeWe had a short weekend on Lake Erie and decided to give fishing with Rampage a try, and we are SO glad we did! From the moment we stepped on the boat, we had an absolute blast. Captain Rob and First Mate Justin were fantastic! Since this was our first time, they took the time to explain everything and made sure we knew what was going on. They were both incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel like we had been part of the crew all along, not like first-time guests. The experience was everything we hoped for with beautiful views, great company, lots of laughs, and plenty of fish! We came home with an incredible haul, and the whole experience was definitely the highlight of our weekend. If you’re considering a Lake Erie fishing trip, I highly recommend Rampage Fishing. Captain Rob and Justin made our first experience one we’ll definitely remember, and we can’t wait to do it again! Thank you, Rampage, for an amazing time! We’ll be back!

Morning 2 Person Tripna jun 19, 2026 • 2 odrasle osobeDespite choppy and challenging conditions Capt. Rob and Justin made the day perfect. The communication about conditions and meeting logistics were well done. The Rampage Team got to work right away to get us set up for success. Capt. Rob and Justin work together in harmony like a well tuned machine. We had our limit in less than 2 hours (we threw back some smaller, cute fish). The fish were cleaned and ready to eat. I’d obviously recommend the Rampage Team with Captain Rob and Justin. The boat was a beaut handling the chop! Truly a fantastic experience! 🐠🐟

Caught over half our limit in the first hour. They are both very attentive to the catch as well as making sure the guests are happy. i got a little seasick and Rob tried hs best to find us fish without me turning green. These are professional anglers and fantastic people. We are coming back and not even checking out other charters. There is ONE premier charter and that is Rampage Fishing!

PM Inshore Walleyena avgust 21, 2026 • 4 odrasle osobeboth of the guys were kind and patient and willing to explain anything that we asked them to explain and taught both of the boys how to clean the fish..... it was a sunny day with almost no clouds and they even steered so that we would be in the shade. most of the time we were fishing changing their plans for where we would fish because it just got too hot for us..... it was great! how considerate they were and We really appreciated it and it was a lot of fun.

6 Person Tripna jun 9, 2026 • 6 odrasle osobeWe went with the guys in our family to make some memories for our boys as they are growing up. This captain and crew helped us tremendously. They even taught our boys a bit more about all that is happening while on the boat and were professional and personable. We caught a full cooler of fish and loved every moment. Will definitely bring doing it again with the same Charter - thanks for a great day on the water!!

AM Inshore Walleyena jul 30, 2026 • 4 odrasle osobeWe were so impressed with our Captian and first mate. They were professional and and experienced. We started catching fish as soon as the first line was in the water. They really knew how to catch fish. Sometimes we had two people reeling in fish. We had a great time and would highly recommend Rampage Fishing.

One of my familys favorite past time is fishing for walleye and this trip really accentuated this past time and made it fun and memerable for the whole family, in a way that my family hasn’t experienced before. Rob and Justin helped us get off our traditional bank fishing for walleye and got us out on Lake Erie, where the family was able to catch their limit! Both Rob and Justin were professional at their job and made you feel very comfortable on their boat. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to expand their fishing experience out on Lake Erie with Rampage Fishing Charter.
If you book with anyone, book with Rampage Fishing and Captain Rob!! From the very beginning to the end of the day, Captain Rob and Justin go out of their way to ensure you're having an amazing time. It is very obvious they take great pride and joy in their work. We were on the fish immediately and it didn't stop until we hit our limit. There were times all 4 of us were reeling in fish and several rods ready to go when these were landed. They were so kind and took time to answer all 1,000 questions my pre-teen boys asked about fishing, the boat, and anything fish related. They made every catch exciting and rooted the kids on. We will definitely be coming back and only booking Rampage!!
Thank you for the honest feedback, we also Enjoyed the boys company!!! Its good to see the next generation does have hope. Thank you for booking with Rampage
