You can mainly expect to do trolling, but light tackle jigging can be another option at times.
Your vessel for the day is a 25' Mako walkaround with space for 4 passengers. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water. Rods, reels, and all the tackle, gas and bait is included.
Before coming aboard, you'll need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
It's always wise to bring sunglasses, bottled water, and sunblock (non-spray). If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask.

Captain David is a very experienced fisher and helped us catch four Chinook salmons efficiently. Also we got some tasty spot prawns. Nice guy!
Thanks Tina. It was a fun afternoon. Did any of thr spot prawns make it to Nanaimo or were they all eaten before you got there?
This is the second time out with Captain Joe and Fiest Mate Jessica. what a wonderful experience, they work hard to provide a fantastic day on the water. We highly recommend them.
Fast catch. 4 salmon in 90 minutes. Branch of prawns as well.

our captain David was amazing, he was knowledgeable and friendly and put us all at ease and even had us laughing. and catching a few fish was a bonus
