Depending on the time of year, you might hook into Goliath Grouper, Great Barracuda, Tarpon, Bonefish, Permit, Mangrove Snapper, and anything else that bites. During the trip you might be spinning, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Caiman also offers fly fishing, but you may need to bring your own fly gear.

Capt. Caiman believes in teaching kids to fish while they're young, so the whole family can come and unplug for the day! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Also remember to bring snacks for a boost of energy when needed!

Capt. Caiman will bring you aboard a 17' Maverick flats boat with space for 2 passengers. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Rods, reels, and tackle are provided, as well as lures. Live bait is available, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.

There's no need to buy a fishing license, just show up ready for a good time! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.

It's always wise to bring sunglasses, a hat, and sunblock (non-spray). Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be food and some light snacks provided on board.
