Captain Jared will be your guide, so you'll benefit from years of angling experience catching Largemouth, Smallmouth & Spotted Bass
Your boat for the day is a 21' Vexus bass boat with room for 2 passengers. If you're traveling with the family, you'll be glad to know that kids are welcome! Be sure to ask if there's a child-sized life vest available. Message Captain Jared regarding family/kids.
You'll target your catch by light tackle fishing or maybe something more specialized for the lake you choose. Your trip comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water. Your captain will provide rods, reels, tackle, ice for your snacks and bottled water for the day.
Before coming aboard, Captain Jared needs a bit more information about you!
How much experience do you have fishing for Bass??
- This your first fishing trip
- You have some experience, but still have questions
- You go fishing with friends and family often
- You enjoy competing in local fishing derbies
- You're an experienced angler, you'll bring your favorite rods
- OR You're ready for a relaxing day on a boat, would love to see the sights, and maybe catch a few.
It may be required to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online.
Please Remember your fish License, Sunscreen (non-spray) and Sunglasses. DON'T FORGET to bring snacks or even a lunch to keep energy levels up! Let the captain know if you wish to bring your own drinks. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
Always message Captain Jared with any questions. After booking, he'll reach out to learn about you and help decide on the lake if necessary. Two days before your trip, we will have a call to get everything set for a great day on the water!

Captain Jared was on time and put me on’em!!! i love it when the guide says , here will be a fish, then boom im landing another! perfect weather on jackson lake !
