Spend the day with River Runner Guide Service and see what’s biting on the St. Croix River. With many hours spent fishing these waters, Captain Jamison can tell you all about the local fishery. Legal smoking and alcoholic beverages are allowed; please do not bring glass containers.
These waters are known for Smallmouth Bass, Catfish, Crappie, Northern Pike, Sauger, Sturgeon, Sunfish, Walleye, and more, with any luck, you’ll hook into a few!
Capt. Jamison welcomes children aboard, so feel free to make a family day out of it! If you don’t have a child-sized life vest, be sure to ask if one is available on board. You’re also welcome to bring your own snacks to enjoy during the trip.
You’ll fish aboard a fully equipped 20' 5" Warrior V2090BT with a capacity of 6 passengers. Capt. Jamison will provide rods and reels, as well as any tackle or live bait needed for the day.
You must have a Minnesota or Wisconsin fishing license before the trip. This information is available online. All Sturgeon will be released, as will Walleye over 23".
It’s recommended to bring sunglasses, sunscreen (non-spray), appropriate clothing for the conditions, and any beverages and snacks you’d like. A cooler with ice will be provided. Alcohol is allowed in moderation; please avoid glass bottles.

We were very happy that we were able to being that we were told that they weren't biting a lot. Jamison was wonderful in getting to know and talking with him. His boat was top notch and well equipped. He was very good with our 10 year old grandson and gave good instruction to help him catch several fish. Our grandson has not stopped talking about this experience. . He cleaned 4 nice walleye for us, but also caught Drum fish and white striped bass. It was so relaxing for us as Jamie did a lot of the work. Highly recommend!

We were very impressed with the entire experience. Jamison was punctual and ready when we arrived. His boat was top notch and well equipped. Had a great time kids were great love the rapid fire question means their engaged!! we caugth 7 species with a gar being the last fish of the day. Thanks for being flexible with fishing techniques we were able to break the 3 of yours sturginty now lets get some big ones in the boat!!!
