Make an adventure out of your next trip on the Kenai and go fishing with Alaska River Adventures.
Red Salmon and Silver Salmon can be found in these waters if you cast your line at the right time of year. For these species, a variety of methods are used including shore and boat fishing.
Rainbow trout fishing is also available. These trips are catch and release only but provide an enormous amount of fun and amazing pictures.
Families who love fishing together will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Child-sized life vest are always on board. Snacks are never a bad idea to ward off any mid-trip fatigue!
You'll be fishing aboard a 21' Willie Predator that can carry up to 4 passengers. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures.
You will need to buy a local fishing license before the trip. This can be purchased online on the Alaska Dept of Fish website.
Don't forget to bring sunblock (non-spray), bottled water, and sunglasses. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed.

My dad and I went out with Jeremy for our trip. My dad was here fishing 37 years ago with his dad so this was a fun trip for him to bring me on. We caught 2 salmon which we enjoyed with my mom and grandma that night for dinner. The booking process was easy and the staff were in communication with us about important updates prior to our date. I would recommend Jeremy and crew.
Highly recommend Alaska River Adventures. Our guide Tyler was knowledgeable and helpful - he arrived on time and took care of everything - he brought all the equipment and gear we needed. A+ fishing guide service!
i snagged a dead fish but my wife and 2 daughters each flossed great tasting sockeye. biggest fish any of us have ever caught, even though mine was dead and had already been fileted.
Fishing was slow but we had a great time with Jay. Would definitely charter with him again.
