There's a fish with your name on it in Lake Bastrop and Nelson's Guide Service will help you catch it!

Depending on the time of year, you might hook into Largemouth Bass, Spotted Bass, and anything else that bites. You can expect to do some spinning, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.

Capt. Aaron runs a 19' Skeeter bass boat with capacity for 3 passengers. It has all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Capt. Aaron will provide rods and reels for you, along with lures.

Before coming aboard, it will be required to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.

A few items to bring include sunscreen (non-spray), a hat, bottled water, and sunglasses. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
