Harris Chain Fishing Trips
Excited to go fishing in Tavares, FL? Look no further than Captain Brad Leifermann and Harris Chain Fishing Trips! Captain Bradley will be your guide, giving you access to their angling experience.
The Harris Chain of Lakes is known for Trophy Largemouth Bass, and more. With any luck, it won't be long before 'Fish on!' You'll target your catch by spinning, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Capt. Bradley is happy to have kids aboard, so feel free to make a family day out of it! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. You're welcome to bring snacks!
You'll be dropping lines from a 21' Ranger bass boat that holds up to 4 passengers. It has all the essentials. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures.
You will need to get a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.
It's recommended to bring sunglasses and sunblock (non-spray). Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
And that's it! Your fishing trip with Captain Brad Leifermann is just a click away.

Fun trip to Lake Griffin. Lots of beautiful water to fish, but they did not cooperate today. That’s fishing for you! Captain Brad is excellent and so is his equipment. Highly recommended.
What a day on the water with you Terry! Thank you for leaving this 5-star review and recommendation for our Harris Chain fishing trips. Looking forward to next time!
