Spend the day with Tied Down and get hooked on fishing in Wanchese! With Captain Jake at the helm, you'll benefit from years of knowledge and experience. He is a 4th generation Outer Banks fisherman who has grown up running boats in the waters surrounding Roanoke Island all his life.

Depending on the time of year, you might hook into Spanish Mackerel, Bluefish, Flounder, Spotted Seatrout, Sheepshead, Redfish, and anything else that bites.

On the day of your trip you're likely to cast jigs, popping corks, troll spoons, or soak cut bait.

Looking to get the whole family outdoors? Kids are absolutely welcome! You're welcome to bring snacks and any drinks to maintain your energy throughout the trip!

Capt. Jake welcomes you aboard his newly restored 24' Privateer that can carry up to 4 passengers. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water.

You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, as well as lures.

The charter boat covers your fishing license, just show up ready for some fishing! Keep in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.

Don't leave home without sunglasses, sunscreen (non-spray), and bottled water. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
