Make the most of your time in Crescent and go fishing with Scream N Reelz Guide Service on Odell Lake.
Kokanee (land locked sockeye salmon) and Lake Trout are what we target in this lake by jigging (early in the season) and trolling during the main part of the season. We use down riggers and long line techniques to accomplish catching our limit of 25 kokanee per person.
Kids, Families, beginners and the accomplished fisherman are all welcome. You will get to handle the rods and fight and net your fish if you choose. This is a hands on fishery if you choose to be involved. Customers are encouraged to bring snacks and drinks for a boost of energy when needed!
Capt. Nat welcomes you aboard a 26' Aluminum Rogue Jet Chinook, covered and heated with room for 4 passengers. It comes with downriggers, everything you need for a productive day on the water. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. What's more, this vessel is wheelchair accessible. But call ahead to check with Captain Nat on the specific needs you will need to make this happen.
All rods and gear are included on this trip. Cleaning and packaging your catch is also included. Please bring a cooler with you to transport your catch home. Ice is available for purchase from Shelter Cove Resort store before you leave.
Please make sure you have your fishing license and optional 2 rod endorsement before you come for your day of fishing. You will not have time the morning of your trip. Trips generally start at 5 am and end around noon. The bite is early on this lake. Bring a flashlight or head lamp as we start fishing in the dark.

My daughter and I had a great time out on Odell Lake with captain Nat and his first mate Finn (the boat dogo). As fishing newbies, he taught us how all the gear worked and ensured we had a great experience and caught many trout!! A great day out on the lake!
Nat is a real pro, with a great setup. He found the fish and told a good joke upon request.
