King Mackerel (Kingfish), Great Barracuda, Red Snapper, Amberjack, Gag Grouper, Sailfish, Red Grouper, Tarpon, Goliath Grouper, Dolphin (Mahi Mahi), Cobia, Mangrove Snapper, and more inhabit these waters, depending on the season.
On these trips, it's common to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle. Capt. Donny can also help you try kite fishing.
You'll be casting lines from a 28' Center console with space for 6 passengers. It has outriggers, downriggers, everything you need for a productive day on the water.
Capt. Donny will supply rods and reels for you, along with lures. Live bait is included, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
You'll have the help of a First Mate to put you on fish. Mates work hard to make your trip count, so a 10–20% tip is customary.
There's no need to buy a fishing license, so all you have to do is show up ready for a good time! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.
It's always wise to bring sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen (non-spray), and bottled water. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

The Captain and Mate were very attentive and made sure we were always set up to catch fish. From bait to rigs, the equipment was well-maintained, and we had a variety of bait options. He was knowledgeable of the area and seemed to know exactly where the fish were. Even though we had to throw some back, we stayed busy and angled right through lunch. He was an excellent guide, and made the trip memorable
Your crew was amazing! We joked around, laughed, and listened to music all day. They fought big fish like the bosses they were! We truly hope to do this again next year!
We have a family vacation each year at St. George Island. The cousins crew has enjoyed fishing from the shore and pier in recent years. So, we went together on a cousin fishing charter this year and it did not disappoint! It was a 4 hour inshore charter. The Captain and First Mate were great! All caught fish!

- Živi mamci (We always buy live bait if needed and if available locally. On days when we can't buy it we will catch it with either rod and reel or cast net. We also have pinfish traps out at several different locations.)
