Hoping to catch some fish in Ucluelet? Then Maximum Coastal Adventures has a trip with your name on it!

These waters are known for Black Rockfish, Halibut, Lingcod, Rockfish, Salmon, Chinook Salmon, Coho Salmon, and more – with any luck, you'll hook into a few!

You'll target your catch by spinning, trolling, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.

If you're traveling with the family, you will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Also remember to bring snacks for a boost of energy when needed!

You'll be dropping lines from a 26' custom Sea Ray with space for 4 passengers. It comes with downriggers, all the essentials. There's a toilet on board for your convenience.

We will provide rods and reels for you, as well as lures.

You need to buy a saltwater fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.

Some essentials to bring are sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen (non-spray), and bottled water. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
