Bluegill, Yellow Perch, White Perch, Crappie, Largemouth Bass, and more can be found in these waters if you cast your line at the right time of year. You can expect to do some light tackle fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Families making a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Feel free to bring your own snacks to maintain your energy throughout the trip!
Capt. Joshua runs a 16' Bass Tracker aluminum fishing boat that can carry up to 2 passengers. It has all the essentials. Note: This is a 20hp restricted lake. In result we run a 16' Bass Tracker w/ a Mercury 20 and are limited to a max of 2 guest.
Rods, reels, and tackle are ready for you, along with lures and live bait.
You will need to get a local fishing license before the trip. This information is available online, or you can ask the captain.
A list of things to bring are sunglasses, sunscreen, bottled water, camera, food & drinks and maybe a hat.
