These waters are known for Crab, Lingcod, Salmon, Chinook Salmon, Coho Salmon, Pink Salmon, Sockeye Salmon, Chum Salmon, and more – with any luck, you'll have tight lines in no time.
On the day of your trip you're likely to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle. Capt. Gary also offers fly fishing, with gear supplied as well.
If you're traveling with the family, you will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board.
Capt. Gary operates the 26' Aluminum fishing boat with capacity for 4 passengers. It comes with downriggers, all the essentials. There's a toilet on board for your convenience.
Rods, reels, and tackle are ready for you, along with lures.
Before coming aboard, it may be required to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
It's always wise to bring sunblock (non-spray), a hat, bottled water, and sunglasses. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks available on board as well as bottled water. Lunch can also be provided for an additional charge.
