Depending on the season, you may target Goliath Grouper, Snook, Jack Crevalle, Red Snapper, Pacific Barracuda, Spanish Mackerel, Leerfish (Garrick), Skipjack Tuna, Yellowtail Snapper, Mangrove Snapper, Catfish, and many more species.

During your trip, you'll have the opportunity to troll and bottom fish using light tackle. Captain Jonathan also offers fly fishing, although guests should bring their own fly-fishing equipment.

Fishing is a great activity for the whole family, and kids are more than welcome! Be sure to ask if child-sized life jackets are available; otherwise, please bring your own. Don't forget to pack a few snacks to keep everyone energized throughout the trip.

You'll be fishing aboard a 21-foot Panga that comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The boat is fully equipped with everything needed for a safe and productive day on the water.

All rods, reels, and tackle are provided. Live bait may also be available—just ask the captain in advance.

A first mate will be on board to assist you throughout the day. In this region, mates typically work for tips, and a gratuity of 10–20% is customary if you're happy with the service.

Depending on local regulations, you may need to purchase a Panamanian fishing license before your trip. The captain can provide the latest information. Please note that some species may be protected or subject to seasonal regulations and catch limits.

We recommend bringing non-spray sunscreen, polarized sunglasses, a hat, and bottled water. Complimentary drinks are included. Alcohol is welcome in moderation; however, please avoid hard liquor and glass bottles.
