You'll target your catch by spinning, popping, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Historic Coast also offers Flounder gigging, bobwhite quail and Osceola turkey hunts.
Families who love fishing together will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Feel free to bring your own snacks for a boost of energy when needed!
You'll be welcome aboard a 18' Flats boat with capacity for 10 passengers. It has all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. We have several boats in our guide team along with bay boats
Historic Coast will provide rods and reels for you, as well as lures. Live bait is included, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.
The charter boat covers your fishing license, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
Some essentials to bring are sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), and bottled water. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
