Blackland Guide Service

Blackland Guide Service has a trip with your name on it along the stunning waters of Swan Quarter. Captain Tyler will be your guide, allowing you to benefit from their sportfishing experience.

These waters are known for Redfish, and more; with any luck, they'll make your reel scream.

You'll target your catch by popping, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.  Any fish you catch will be released.

Families who love fishing together will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. And, you can't go wrong with snacks so that nobody gets cranky on an empty belly!

Your day begins aboard a 23' Center console that can carry up to 4 passengers. It has all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures.

You'll have the help of a First Mate to put you on fish. It's customary to tip the Mate 10–20% to show your appreciation.

Before coming aboard, you'll need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.

It's always wise to bring sunglasses, bottled water, and sunblock (non-spray). If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Now, come aboard with Blackland Guide Service and get hooked!
