Depending on conditions, you might hook into Amberjack, Cobia, Coral Trout, Dolphin (Mahi Mahi), Green Jobfish, Rusty Jobfish, Indo-Pacific King Mackerel, Pearl Perch, Pink Snapper, Red Emperor Snapper, Narrow-barred Spanish Mackerel, Black Marlin, and whatever else takes the bait.

During the trip you might be trolling, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.

Planning a family adventure? Kids are absolutely welcome! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Snacks are permitted onboard — bring your favorites so that nobody gets cranky on an empty stomach!

You'll be casting lines from a 40' Catamaran with capacity for 16 passengers. It comes with all the essentials. There's a toilet on board for your convenience.

You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you.

Be sure to bring sunglasses and non-spray sunscreen. Bottled water and light snacks will be provided on board. You’re also welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages, provided they are consumed responsibly and in moderation.

What A Catch Deep Sea Fishing Depending on the season and conditions, you may target species such as Snapper, Pearl Perch, Cobia, Mackerel, and other reef and offshore fish. Trips are planned around the weather, tides, and where the fish are biting to make the most of your time on the water. What A Catch Deep Sea Fishing You’ll fish aboard Prospector, a 12-meter Cougar Cat purpose-built for offshore fishing. The vessel can accommodate up to 16 guests plus crew and comes equipped with modern marine electronics, safety equipment, and a fully enclosed toilet with a freshwater hand basin for added comfort.
