Spend the day on the water with Capt. Garrett of Capt. G Bass Guides and experience the exciting bass fishing Lake Wales and the surrounding lakes have to offer!

Capt. Garrett is a full-time tournament angler and fishing guide whose home waters are the Kissimmee Chain of Lakes. With extensive experience on these fisheries, he knows the local waters and understands how to adapt to changing conditions to help you find the bite.

Trips primarily focus on artificial lures and techniques such as flipping, frogging, and swimbait fishing. Whether you want to work on a specific technique or experiment with different approaches, Capt. Garrett will tailor the trip to your goals and whatever the Bass are responding to that day.

If you're looking for a relaxed outing with family or friends, live-bait trips using large wild Shiners are also available. Capt. Garrett provides the bait, but guests are responsible for covering its cost at the end of the trip.

You'll fish aboard a 21' Bass boat with room for up to 3 passengers, equipped for a comfortable day on the water. Capt. Garrett supplies top-of-the-line 13 Fishing rods and reels, along with Gambler soft baits and Rapala hard and soft lures.

All trips follow a strict catch-and-release policy, allowing you to enjoy the thrill of the catch while returning every fish safely to the water.

All guests will need a valid Florida freshwater fishing license before the trip. Bring polarized sunglasses, sunscreen (non-spray), comfortable weather-appropriate clothing, and any personal items you'd like for the day. Drinks are available, and alcohol is permitted in moderation; please avoid hard liquor and glass bottles.
