Gradyful Fishing Charters 

Captain Shawn and the Gradyful crew were top notch! Had a great time and they were very attentive to us. We've fished all over the Americas- North and South, so once the crew saw that we were experienced and safe, they let us have at it. For me, fishing isn't just being on a boat while it's catching fish, but being an active participant in it, and the crew understood that and welcomed it. I wouldn't even consider another charter if I'm going to fish in that area. Salutes to the Crew!!

Captain Shawn and Ro-Ro gave my father-in-law and I an incredible fishing trip. We did a 4 hour trip and landed multiple mahi, including my personal best 41” mahi (a true trophy fish!!), 2 barracuda, and some bonitas. The seas were pretty rough the day we went out but the boat handled the waves great and captain Shawn and Ro made the trip enjoyable. Will absolutely head back out with these guys!

We took the 6hr charter and good thing we did. The first 4hrs we didn't catch anything and then all of a sudden we had 5 lines with fish. In the end we caught 14 fish to keep and had to throw back a few that were too small. Patience paid off. Would definitely recommend this charter!!

We booked a half day fishing trip with Captain Shawn and his First Mate Blake for today. What a fantastic experience!!! They were so professional and accommodating. I have never seen a young man work as hard and fast as Blake! He ran circles around us preparing the rods and helping us catch the fish. We had a great day and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to fish here in Pompano.

Captain Shawn is great. He really knows the area and the fishing. Crew was great and really helpful without being in the way or doing too much. You couldn't ask for a better day on a better boat.

Sometimes you catch e'm sometimes you don't. This day on the Gradyful was fantastic couldn't have had a better day. Caught 5 different species over 30 in total caught. Bonita, Black Fin Tuna, Barracuda, Mahi-Mahi and Wahoo. Would definitely book with Shawn again for sure! Have to give a shout to Barry the mate for the day he kept the lines in the water and kept us hooking up constantly.

Had an amazing time with Captain Shawn and Barry!! My son(9) and I had the rime of our life. Booked some sailfish, caught a bunch of tuna and really enjoyed ourselves!! The boat is comfortable and perfectly equipped! All the equipment was in perfect working order! The captain spoke to each other and did their part to make sure we had a shot at a trip of the lifetime! Highly recommend the 6 hour trip as 4 would have left us wishing for more.

It everything I could’ve asked for and more. Started out promptly at 0700 and the lines were in within minutes of being out in the water. The Captain went above and beyond to make sure we caught the fish that we were out there to catch and even changed plans and route when he got intel of fish biting in a different area, even helped my 3 year old get in on the action! The Mate TJ was an absolute beast, kept the lines from getting tangled, constantly kept an eye on the lines to make sure there was always bait on and helped us big time when it came to reeling the fish in. 11/10 will definitely book another trip! Very soon!

You CANNOT go wromg fishing with Capt. Shaun and his mate Chris!! These guts are FANTASTIC and get you in BIG fish quickly. We caught 1 sailfish, 3 tuna, 2 woohoo, 1 barracuda and 4 bonitas during just a 6 hour trip!!! I can’t wait to go again with these guys!!! They are TOP NOTCH!!!
