Great 4hr charter with Capt Robbie. He put us on quality fish right from the start and we made our limits of very nice redfish. He and the crew are great to fish with. im a repeat customer, with good reason!
It was too cloudy for a good day catching Cobia. But my son did catch a keeper when the sun did peak through the clouds. The Captain went out of his way trying to get us hooked up again but no luck. Grayson his 1st mate was super. We had the fish for dinner and it was really good. Thanks you guys for making it a very special time with my son's.
first off. The boat they advertised was NOT the boat we were on. We scheduled a 8 hour trip , 9 am till 5pm. we got on the boat at 9. drove a hour stopped. no fish. In 3 hours we caught 1 fish. Then we rode a boat for 2 1/2 more hours. then we caught 2 more. Then 1 more. now I understand that they couldnt help that. However by the time we got back to the dock i had a migraine from the gas fumes. the captain didnt speak to us except to say. Hey how are you all today and where you all from. when my husband payed him 1200. for what was supposed to be a 8 hour fishing trip which turned out to be a 7 hour ride around trip he did say thank you . I saved the best for the last. The deck hand decided to pee off the back of the boat. I guess he thought i didnt notice being i have two sons and been married half my life i kinda know when a guy takes a leak. would not recommend especially for a female ..
Hey Mrs. Martin, I’m sorry you feel this way. However, the boat is the same boat advertised. I repainted the boat yellow this winter but everything else is the same. Your husband also booked a six hour cobia fishing trip, and i realize it was a slower day but that is why i actually spent an extra hour out there to try and get yall on some fish. And we managed to get you guys on four cobias. i do try and talk to all my customers but my priority is to get you guys on fish since that is why you booked the fishing trip. Therefore, on slower days i may not talk as much because i am so focused in making sure we can get on some fish. -Robbie
I went in a 8hr near/inshore trip. The bait equipment and cree were great just had a tough time getting fish to bite. Of the time spent on water about 6 hours was driving for sight fishing or getting to and from the boat dock. Beyond that not much trolling happened and we bottom fished for alittle more than 1 hour. A total of 3 fish were caught,Spanish mackerel, cobia and Red drum. For a total rod in hand time of about 2 minutes. I would have liked to have more time with my hands on the pole weather throwing lures. Bottom fishing or free lining live bait.
Booked a trip for my buddies bachelor party. Captain Robbie was extremely accommodating for my friends and I. We had 5 people and there was plenty of space for us to sit or stand. There is also some shade on the boat which is a huge plus. As soon as we dropped our lines we started catching massive red drum all of us caught citations. Captain Robbie is a great guy and makes the whole experience very fun, I will definitely book again. If you’re looking for a fishing charter look no further. Book a trip
