Louisiana on the Fly vas vodi u ribolov po bogatoj luizijanskoj delti u potrazi za Redfish-om i Speckled Trout-om. Ove vode su plodne tokom cele godine, a kapetan Shane ima iskustvo i veštine da izvuče maksimum iz vašeg dana na vodi.
Ribolov će se odvijati u oblasti Myrtle Grove i Lafitte, poznatoj po svojoj populaciji Redfish-a. Toplo preporučujemo hvatanje i puštanje ribe kako bismo pomogli u očuvanju populacije Redfish-a, ali klijentima je dozvoljeno da zadrže ulov.
Oblast Myrtle Grove daje lepe ribe tokom cele godine. Leti ćete krenuti rano ujutru kako biste uhvatili ribe pre vrućine. Zimski meseci su takođe produktivni. U plitkim vodama možete naići na jata krupnih primeraka Redfish-a. Pored toga, pejzaž je zadivljujući. Zato bolje pripremite fotoaparat kada idete u ribolov sa kap. Shaneom.
Kap. Shane duboko poznaje lokalna ribolovna područja. Bavi se ribolovom od malih nogu i takmičio se na brojnim turnirima na nacionalnom nivou. A ako ste početnik u ribolovu, to više nećete biti nakon što vam kapetan objasni tehnike.
Čamac je Spyder Vapor iz 2022. godine. Gazi samo sedam inča vode i može da dopre tamo gde kruže krupne ribe. Čamac je opremljen navigacijskom elektronikom, kao i kutijom za led, bazenom za živi mamac i sigurnosnom opremom.
Louisiana on the Fly sada prihvata sve glavne kreditne kartice. Na brodu ćete pronaći sav pribor i opremu koja vam je potrebna. Na kraju izleta, kap. Shane će vam očistiti ulov.

Shane not only put us on the fish all day long but made us feel comfortable at home while on board with him. I felt as if we were fishing with a long time friend and from that point on the day only got better! Even with spotty weather and “not perfect” conditions, Shane put us on the fish, taught us about the area, and educated us on the wildlife all along the trip! Cpt. Shane is a persistent captain and will do everything in his power (even talk to the fish for you 😂) to put you on the bite and make sure you get your moneys worth! With that being said go book your charter now and be ready to have some fun!!! P.s go check out his YouTube channel “ClearVisionCharters” like and subscribe like I did, it gives a great glimpse of what to expect on your trip plus the content is very enjoyable!

He is a true fisherman and worked hard to get us on fish. We saw a lot the guy in front of the boat could have done a better job fishing. I would recommend this fly-fishing trip all day everyday. Can't wait to get out with him again

I did not know how to fish really when I started, but I caught three big fish by the end! We were not able to catch many fish, but we still had a great time overall!

We got some big bull reds (which are a blast), a few trout and various other species, all in scenic surroundings. Shane is very comfortable working with fishermen of all levels and is being honest when he says he just wants you to catch fish. Highly recommended!

Got tired of getting skunked chasing stripers in the New Jersey surf so flew down to New Orleans for the long weekend last minute and booked a trip with Shane. It was my first time in New Orleans and my goal was to catch a big ‘ole bull red. With his knowledge of the water and local fishery, Shane was more than up to the task. Left the dock at 6:30 on a pristine morning and had a tight line before 7:00… 38” Bull Red on the first cast! Not bad for my first redfish. We fished a variety of spots throughout the day and pulled in over three dozen speckled and white trout (many of which were keepers, but tossed back to fight another day) and three bull reds. Can’t thank Shane enough for a great day and outing! I definitely will be back to try and and get a bull on the fly. Til’ then I’ll be following along his fishing journeys and living vicariously through his YouTube channel.
It was an awesome trip. Whenever you get ready to come back, let me know, and I'll block a couple of days off. We can fly, y, y, y, y, y, y, till we die, i, i, one day and spin the next, or fly both, or whatever. Maybe next time, the quarter won't claim your partner. 😉
My adult daughter and I had the best Father/Daughter Fishing weekend with Capt Shane York (GrippingLipsFishing). Capt Shane was very polite, friendly, and most importantly, extremely knowledgeable in fishing the area out of Myrtle Grove Marina in Port Sulphur, and getting us on 12 huge bull reds, a boat load of trout, and a myriad of other species……while fighting windy weather!!! If we stopped catching fish for 5 minutes of so, he would move us to another spot where we would catch fish…that pattern continued during the whole two day trip, even when potential stormy weather keep everyone else off the water we went out and knocked them dead before racing back to the marina and avoiding the worst of the incoming weather. I’ve done inshore fishing with guides 40-50 times in the last 40 years and Capt Shane is one of the best, that I will definitely be going to to. Seriously, do yourself a favor and go fishing with Capt Shane York, Gripping Lips Fishing. I don’t normally write reviews like this, but Capt Shane’s efforts to make our trip the best, I felt like he deserved a truthful review that I’ll stand behind.
