The half-day trip is great when you don't have too much time to spend on the water, but still want to get some serious angling done. You'll be focusing on the inshore waters where the main targets are Redfish, Seatrout, Tarpon (when in season), Snook, Snapper, and others. The price of the trip includes rods, reels, and terminal tackle.
We will be targeting all the inshore species the area has to offer. Snook, Tarpon, Trout, Redfish, Mangrove Snapper and much more.
St Augustine is the oldest US city and is surrounded by a rich history and picturesque landscape to fish by. When fishing you can expect to venture off the ICW and go deep in the salt marsh grass to chase reds and trout or pull up some bridge monsters fishing for sheepshead. The jetties offer a great variety of species of fish with the occasional shark cruising through. Florida saltwater license is all inclusive and covered by our FWC Charter Capt License. We are all USCG Licensed Capt and are insured.
Spend 4 hours fishing the beautiful white sands and grass flats of Holmes Beach. Pack your favorite food and you're ready to go. The captain will cover you for everything else you'll need for the trip. Bait, tackle, ice & fishing license provided.

Redfish are Florida’s favorite inshore sport fish. They thrive in the state’s bays, estuaries, and sprawling flats. Anglers love their bronze color, hard runs, and dependable year-round action. Sight fishing for tailing Redfish on clear flats is a true Florida highlight.
Most trips focus on inshore fishing around mangroves, oyster bars, and grass flats. Captains often use spinning tackle with live shrimp, pinfish, or mullet. Spoons, soft plastics, and topwater plugs also work well. Fly fishing with crab or shrimp patterns is great when fish are shallow and calm.
Charters usually run on shallow-draft skiffs or bay boats built for skinny water. Runs are short, waters are protected, and the action suits beginners and families. Bring sun protection, polarized sunglasses to spot fish, comfortable clothing, and any snacks or drinks. Your captain provides rods, tackle, and local know-how.
Florida offers famous Redfish areas from the Panhandle to the Keys. The Big Bend marshes, Tampa Bay, and Charlotte Harbor have thick grass flats and oyster habitat. On the Atlantic side, the Indian River Lagoon and Mosquito Lagoon are known for sight casting. The Everglades backcountry and Northeast Florida’s tidal creeks near Jacksonville also produce quality fish.
