The 6-hour trip allows us to run farther offshore and spend more time fishing productive bottom structure. We'll usually troll while traveling to and from the fishing grounds, then focus on bottom fishing for species such as Snapper and Grouper depending on the season. When conditions allow, we may also catch and fish with live bait, which can attract larger fish.
