Skipper Justin started guiding full-time in 1990 due to his obsession with fishing. This hasn't subsided in the slightest. If anything, he could best describe it as a condition. The skipper can honestly say he has spent more hours and years guiding and fishing the local estuary and rivers than most people have. Nothing compares to local knowledge.

Celodnevno putovanje • 3 adults • 1 childwe had to reschedule and it was done smoothly. justin rang the day before and suggested half day as afternoon was not looking good weather wise. je got us on fish syraight away. fishing iverall was wuiet but we all got a catch and chatting with Justin was a great way to pass time snyway.

From his first net cast for 100+ live prawns , to his precise anchoring to get our baits right over the several wrecks he regularly fishes. He was in contact with other captains, who had a fish or two, but we clearly had the best day with 10 fish, and four species. With the highlight being a couple of Barramundi, one landed and one leaping to an early exit! Justin is the captain you want to fish with!!

Return of good weather

The return of good weather and fishing conditions has helped our traditional winter struggle. More often than not the good fishing coincides with the good weather at this time of the year. We started our day the usual way gathering live herring,sardines and crunchy prawns. Soon after anchoring we were kept busy for the duration of the morning. Queenfish,Blue Salmon,Fingermark and a nice Barramundi. Happy customers and they had enough fish to feed the family for their barbeque later in the day.
