Pozadina: Captain Jon Arch is one of Cayman’s premier fishermen, with a deep-rooted maritime heritage running through his veins. His father was a merchant mariner and engineer who sailed the globe, while his grandfather and grand-uncle owned Arch Brothers, a Cayman shipyard best known for building the S.S. Goldfield, a turtle schooner that was later used to transport passengers and cargo between the Cayman Islands and Florida. Captain Jon has been fishing Cayman’s waters since childhood and has also delivered vessels throughout the USA and the Caribbean. His extensive experience and deep understanding of the sea make his knowledge of navigation and passenger safety second to none.
Tehnike: Trolling artificial lures, utilizing currents, contours, upwellings, and of course, birds.
