Depending on the season, we use techniques including popping, jigging, trolling, and live bait fishing. All equipment is provided, including quality rods, reels, and advanced fish-finding electronics to maximize your chances. - The Strait of Gibraltar is a unique passage for migratory species such as tuna and dentex, enhanced by a strong upwelling phenomenon. The interaction of powerful currents brings nutrient-rich waters to the surface, creating an ideal environment for baitfish and predators throughout the season. Our crew has over 3,000 hours of experience in the Strait, with a deep understanding of currents, tides, and fishing zones. Currents can reach up to 7 knots, making fishing highly technical without proper knowledge. Fish activity depends on precise timing, tides, and species behavior. Due to these strong currents, large-scale net fishing is very limited in the area, allowing fish populations to remain healthy and active. This creates conditions close to a natural reserve, with abundant and high-quality fishing opportunities. We specialize in offshore and coastal fishing, adapting each trip to conditions. Offshore, we target tuna using popping, topwater, trolling, and deep sea fishing. We can reach depths of up to 500 meters when needed. Coastal fishing focuses on dentex (sama), our main target species, along with grouper and amberjack. We also target other bottom and reef species. We use jigging and live bait fishing as our main techniques. We are specialists in live bait fishing, particularly using cuttlefish, which is highly effective with strong success rates depending on conditions. Each trip is adapted to maximize results while providing a safe and professional experience.
