- 2026 will mark my 12th season targeting salmon on the Great Lakes and I couldn't be more excited to share the experience of catching salmon on the Great Lakes with you! I have extensive experience on the Great Lakes as I purchased my first boat at just 15 years old. I grew up on Little Bay De Noc and fishing the islands surrounding Door County and Michigan waters. I have been to some of the most remote areas of the Great Lakes with multiple trips to Stannard Rock, and Isle Royale National Park! Salmon fishing has been my passion since the moment I hooked into my first 'screaming' salmon.
