  Half Day Inshore Reef Fishing (AM)od avgust 20, 2026 • 3 adults

  We had a great morning reef fishing with Capt Hillyboo. He and Carla were great at providing instruction and very attentive. We caught a ton of various snapper and two nice mackerel that made a delicious ceviche! Capt Hillyboo recommended a restaurant just down the block for lunch and we took our catch for an amazing fresh lunch! We had a great time and would definitely recommend fishing with them!! The young second mate was fun to have along as well!! Oh and the rum punch was delicious too!! Thanks Captain Hillyboo and Carla!

  great family fishing trip

  Full Day Inshore Reef Fishing Tripod mart 29, 2026 • 7 adults • 1 child

  We chose to do the full day reef fishing with lunch. We started the day with George diving for conch, net casting for live bait, and then moved on to fish. We were not having luck at the forst few stops and George and Jones quickly made the decision to move on to another spot until we found one where the fish were biting. Everyone in our group was able to catch something. After we had plenty of fish, we headed to the beach where they served the best fresh conch civiche, and some of the fish we caught fried up and crispy. What made this trip the BEST was truly the crew, and their hospitality. They were helpful and made jokes with our 7 year old son, and mindful of the safety of some older adults. I would give this tour and crew 10/10 and would recommend this tour to anyone looking for a fun day on the water.

  We had an amazing time on our island reef fishing trip with Freedom Tours Belize. Everything from start to finish was top-tier. Our group caught 32 fish — mostly different kinds of snapper and a few mackerel — and the fresh sashimi on the boat was unbelievable. Truly one of the highlights of the day. Carla and the captain were excellent — super knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole experience fun and easy, even for beginners. You can tell they really love what they do. I highly recommend Freedom Tours to any group looking for a great day on the water. Can’t wait to come back!

  Moja supruga i ja smo se lepo proveli sa kapetanom Hillyboo-m, Carlom i Gregom. Krenuli smo u 8 ujutru na brodu Lucky Strike (čist kao suza). Moja supruga ima problema sa kretanjem; kapetan i posada su se potrudili da joj pomognu pri ulasku i izlasku sa broda. Nadali smo se da ćemo uloviti wahoo, ali to se nije dogodilo. To je ribolov – ribe ne dolaze na zahtev. Ulovili smo tunu u prvih 20 minuta na otvorenom moru i to se nastavilo tokom većeg dela izleta. Jednu tunu je napao predator, pa je samo deo nje ostao kada sam je izvukao. Ulovili smo i barrakudu. Kapetan Hillyboo je očistio dovoljno ribe za nekoliko obroka. Barrakuda je bila odlična i pripremili su je kuvari u El Caliente (koji je kapetan preporučio). Sveukupno, ovo je bio sjajan izlet i bili smo zaista impresionirani znanjem i profesionalnošću kapetana i njegove posade. Pored toga, moram da napomenem da Lucky Strike ima borbenu stolicu neophodnu za krupniju ribu. Video sam nekoliko oglasa za dubokomorski ribolov gde brod nije opremljen borbenom stolicom.   Full Day Trip - Offshoreod jun 3, 2026 • 4 adults

  we originally booked a deep sea fishing tour but the waves were a bit too much for us. Capitan Hillyboo, Carla and Byron suggested we switch to reef fishing and we caught Snapper for our lunch. We also did a little bit of snorkeling and had a terrific lunch on a private island. It was a really great day on the water. I recommend Freedom Tours for a wonderful day on the water.
