He spent his childhood fishing northern Wisconsin waters and Lake Michigan with his grandfather, while also fishing the local Massachusetts fisheries with his father. He loves seeing kids catch their first fish ever, or adults catch their first trophy fish.

Half Day Trip (6 AM) • 4 adults • 2 childrenWe had a great trip with Captain Sam last summer and this year was even better! And not just because we caught a crazy number of fish, but he's a patient guide and teacher with our kids and goes out of his way to make sure they have a fun time. He's clear and communicative with important information and quick with the fish cleaning afterwards! In addition to catching fish we saw a young whale and dragged our lines through a school of squid, lots of birds. It's a lovely boat ride around to great spots. Can't recommend this charter enough

Half Day Trip (11 AM) • 2 adults • 1 childThe trip was great. Captain Sam took great care of us. He was great with my 12 year old son and we caught a ton of fish. My son is already asking when we can charter with him again. Highly recommend this for everyone.
