Captain Tim Becker has fished Lake Michigan for over 25 years. He's also the co-owner of Powderhorn Guns and Archery in Holland, MI. He's a fun person who loves to take out families, kids, beginners, and seasoned anglers. No challenge is too great for this knowledgeable and patient captain! Capt. Tim works alongside Captain Matt Doozan, another avid angler, who brings even more to the table (literally)! With these two specialists on board, you're in for a very productive day.

Grandpa, son and two grandsons had a blast!

    3 Hour Trip – Lake Macatawa • 4 adults • 2 children

This trip was our first time to fish on water. Our experience had been very limited fishing from the neighborhood pond. I’m so glad we booked this adventure. We landed 6 of 18 “fish on line” with my 6yr old grandson reeling in 3 for day. The crew were young but very knowledgeable since they grew up working on the boats. The 3hour tour was the perfect time for us 1st timers. We all had a great time! The only thing that I wished they had was a scale to weigh the fish we caught for bragging rights 🤣🤣

    Poslednji izlazak sezone

Half Day Trip (PM) – Lake Michigan • 5 adults

    great time!

    3 Hour Trip – Lake Macatawa • 5 adults • 2 children

fantastic experience! we had an almost 5yr old, 8yr old, and 10yr old. this was a first time fishing beyond creek/small lake/land fishing for most of us. the 3hr excursion was a great option - ideal time of day and length of time. we got many fish! same kind but that was to be expected. the captian and his co-captain in training were great company with fun stories. would recommend and will book the longwr bigger trip next summer!

    third time with powderhorn

    5 Hour Trip – Lake Michigan - 4:00 PM • 5 adults

when you find a charter team that makes the experience pleasant no matter how the fish are biting, you stick with them. powderhorn has been that for us. only reason we were a little "light" on fish this time was because some of us (won't name names) couldn’t seal the deal and land their chances... we'll be back with powderhorn again in the near future for sure.

    Odlican izlet za sve ucesnike!

Full Day Trip – Lake Michigan • 4 adults
