Captain Martin targeted Yellowfin Tuna at our request then we trolled for Wahoo and Marlin on our way back in where we hooked a huge Wahoo who unfortunately got away. We ended up with 83 lbs of filets to ship home.

prepare for fairly rough swell, rarely calm here. Take dramamine half night before and half in morning to balance drowsiness (from dramamine all at once in the morning) and sea sickness. sunscreen as well.

We also went in knowing that early August isn’t the best fishing season in Cabo, so we set our expectations on having fun fishing together - that made catching two grest fish all the sweeter! one word to the wise - my son will never pose shirtless with a large trophy fish again. Sailfish skin is like sandpaper!
