Aku Biting, Light Wind Off Haleiwa—Book!
Aku Biting, Light Wind Off Haleiwa—Book!
Oktobar 20, 2026
The aku bite is ON off Haleiwa! Our guests were hooked up on trolled lures all morning, with hungry skipjack tuna crashing the spread in beautiful blue water. Birds were working bait schools everywhere we looked, and light winds with calm seas made for an easy, comfortable ride all day long. We run private trips out of Haleiwa Harbor for up to 6 guests, and all gear is included — just bring your sunblock and your best fishing attitude. Whale season (Oct–Mar) is just getting started, so humpback whales, sharks, turtles, and dolphins may show themselves on your trip if they choose. The aku are here now and the bite is hot. Book your trip today with Hawaii Whale Tale Tours right here on FishingBooker — reserve your spot before this bite cools off!
