Our family booked with Captain Dave after looking at many charters from Port Washington to Sheybogan.  Captain Dave and First Mate Glen were great hosts and made our family feel welcomed. We had a 5&9 year old on born and Glen was excellent at keeping the kids engaged. Dave worked the whole trip to ensure lines had all the different lures needed for a good trip. Dave kept the lines in the water all the way to the end with 3 of our fish coming on the way back into the harbor.

We ended up with 8 nice fish and we all had a great time. Would absolutely book with Dave again!

This was our second outing with Captain Dave.  Our trip was originally planned for Monday, but small craft advisory prevented us going out.  Dave reached out early Sunday evening to let us know and he so kindly rescheduled us to Wednesday morning.  The trip was so educational, exciting for our 14 yr old grandson and friend not to mention Gma/Gpa.  We can’t wait to go again!  Thanks Dave and Todd!!

Captain Dave and first mate Glen provided my 14 yr old grandson and his friend with a memorable trip! (Grandma and Grandpa had an awesome time as well!) we caught some beautiful fish and had lively conversation too… we are going out again tomorrow too! Captian dave and deck hand todd did an incredible job the bite wasnt hot but they pulled evry trick i knew and then some to make absolutly sure we put fish in the boat there equipment was top notch and the spread they put out was perfect for a 4 hour trip ended with 5 quality kings and a pig of a rainbow they were willing to stay out to get our limit but we had to get back to checkout of our hotel so we ran back grab our lugage and todd was kind enough to wait for us to take pics

We booked our fishing trip with Dave. He was very communicative during the process from beginning to end. He made lots of suggestions on what we should bring and not bring and kept us up-to-date on the weather. His boat was very organized. He had tons of fishing gear. He did not waste any time he got us in the water immediately And we started getting a bite within the first 30 minutes of the trip. We caught numerous fish and he made it very enjoyable for each family member to go through the process of really efficient and catching it. He was very well mannered and kind hearted. We’ve experienced trips where the guides have foul mouthed and he was not like that at all. He took his time to explain the history of the lake and the fishing process. He took detailed time to filet each fish and package it up for us. Not only was this the best trip we’ve ever been on he did one of the best jobs as a guide I’ve ever seen. 100% recommend him hands down. Will come back again one day.
