Dakota and Hunter were great. They did everything they could to try to get us a fish even giving us extra time. However, the fish were not cooperating. Wife and I each caught one spanish mackerel. We did get to see some dolphins though. Remember these guys work hard, but bad days happen. Still a great experience and hope to try again someday.

First time sea fishing and I cannot say enough good things about this trip with Capt Hunter and Mate Dakota. They put us on the fish early and we limited out on some. I’d definitely go again with these guys and we’re planning another trip next summer already. Don’t miss out on the fun! Thanks a lot Capt Hunter and Mate Dakota. Hopefully see you next year. Dennis wants to go after that 6’ shark he left slip off.
Capt. Ron and his crew were awesome. First mate Hunter and Dakota, who was in training were absolutely the best. We went about 7 miles out. They took care of everything. They baited our hooks, took our fish off and cleaned them at the end of the day. The boat is nice and big. Plenty of room for everyone. It has a bathroom and a covered part so you can get out of the sun, if you want to. Capt. Ron and his crew were such a delight to be with. They make you feel like family. We laughed and joked around and had a great time. We will definitely use Capt. Ron's Charter again.
First; searched for something large enough to have a fly-bridge and sufficient shading for sun breaks. Captain Ron's 30 footer was the right choice. Next; need an experienced Captain that knows where to point the boat and can 'read' the water and other 'signs.' Captain Ron is The MAN. Third, you want an experienced and friendly 1st mate that is eager to teach and assist. Dakota is excellent. Captain Ron's "Reef Reelief" is par excellence. Book with Captain Ron!
