Captain Jay & First Mate Nate were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area we fished. They put us into a great spot where we had a lot of action. Catching Redfish & a Shark. We will definitely use them again.
Captain Jay and Lucas make a great team! Our group included me, and three young teens. My kids and I had been out before, but my daughter's friend had never been on a boat. We told Captain Jay we were up for anything and had them take us where they thought we'd have the most fun. They made our trip relaxing, easy, and fun! Everything we needed was ready to go, the boat was comfortable, and we started catching almost immediately. With Lucas's help, my son was able to reel in a massive drum fish (45lbs maybe). My son has an exciting story to tell and a memory to last a lifetime. My daughter kept reeling in small sea bass; we lost count after 20. I would highly recommend going out with Captain Jay if you are looking for an enjoyable experience. When we are back in Hilton Head, we will definitely be booking again!

capt.Jay and deckhand Lucas were very nice people! plenty of seats in the shade older boat with good room for six of us. Would recommend bringing windbreaker or sweatshirt as very sunny day but cool when moving we only caught a miniature starfish lol but had a fun day and were greeted by Gary the dolphin as we were trying to maneuver into the slip on a windy afternoon! Thank you guys!

Captain Jay and Lucas were tried very hard to get us on some fish. Although the fish were playing hard to get, we had great conversation and learned a lot about Hilton Head Island. The dolphins that followed the boat the whole way home definitely made it worth the trip! If we ever make it back to Hilton Head, we will be calling Captain Jay for a charter.

The fishing trip was a wonderful surprise! We were able to catch some pretty cool fish and enjoy some time on the ocean. Captain Jay was an excellent captain and all-around great guy. His first mate was super helpful and knowledgeable as well. We had a wonderful day and hope to do it again!

Captain Jay and his mate Lucas were very friendly and accommodating to whatever we wanted to do. From trollling for Spanish Mackerel to bottom fishing for sharks, the half day tour gave a nice variety of experiences with a nice end of having our haul freshly fileted for us to enjoy later. Highly recommend this for anyone else looking for a fun/laid back experience.
